A place to slow down, come home to yourself, and show up as you want to
Join the Welcome to Self®: Compassion Community
If you've ever wished for a space where you could drop the mask, catch your breath, and be surrounded by people who genuinely get it … this is that space. 💜
Welcome to Self®: Compassion Community is based around a monthly gathering for people who want to relate to themselves, their work, and their lives through the lens of compassion. When we shift that lens, everything changes.
This is not a hustle space. It is not a productivity club. It is not somewhere you come to be fixed.
It is somewhere you come to be met and to meet yourself.
What this community is
A warm, neuro-affirming space where like-minded humans come together to slow down, turn inward, and draw on the wisdom that already lives within them — and within each other.
Each month, we meet on Zoom for 60-90 minutes (we'll base this on the group's needs each month). We explore themes that matter: self-care, sustainable ways of living and working, the relationships we hold with ourselves and others, and how to navigate the genuinely hard stuff with more compassion and less self-criticism.
Each session will close with a guided compassionate meditation to help you reconnect with yourself and leave feeling calm, grounded, and more resourced.
Between sessions, you will receive a weekly prompt direct from Dr Hayley. These will be a reflection question, an encouragement, or a gentle nudge to check in with yourself. Because the practice doesn't just happen in the sessions; it happens in the quiet moments too.
Occasionally, guest experts will come and share wisdom relevant to the themes we are exploring together.
Who is Dr Hayley?
Hi I'm mindset and wellbeing coach, speaker, author, and former clinical psychologist who knows firsthand what it costs if you keep ignoring your own needs.
As the author of From Self-Neglect to Self-Compassion, host of the popular Welcome to Self®:Unmasked podcast, and past president of Compassionate Mind Australia, I bring both lived experience and nearly two decades of clinical expertise to the conversations we need to be having in order to take care of our wellbeing.
My work sits at the intersection of science and lived experience. I draw on my extensive training in Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), my experience as a clinical psychologist alongside my personal experience of mental health challenges, solo parenting, business ownership, burnout and recovery and late identification as autistic with ADHD.
I help mainly women and non-binary people move from exhausted and overextended to genuinely thriving.
My message is clear: burnout isn't a personal failing. It's what happens when the systems we operate in demand too much and we've never been taught to put ourselves in the equation.
I'm here to change that. I believe that burnout is preventable, that self-compassion is a foundation not a luxury, and that sustainable success (whatever success looks like to you) has to include the person achieving it.
I bring both the expertise and the heart to back it up.
I'd love to have you as part of our community.
